TC1500 Texture Cure Machine

The G&Z TC1500 achieved its "best-in-class" distinction by offering exceptional steering accuracy, even at high speeds, for precision timing and uniform cure application. With a "flip of a switch", the four-track TC1500 can transformed into the 90 degree steering mode allowing exceptional on site maneuverability where space is limited, for use in crossing bridges, speeding self-loading for transport and width change and reducing hand pours. Counter-rotation is also possible. Its unique, latticework machine frame design is capable of widths from 12 to 56 ft. (3.65 to 17.0 m.) The frame is designed to be easy to change width, lightweight but rigid enough to accurately transmit steering forces from one side to the other while keeping the machine ground pressure the lowest in the industry. The TC1500 features a unique telescopic cure spray bar / spray hood which contributes to the TC1500 rapid width change capability. The TC1500 crawler track end trucks can be quickly rolled to another location along the machine frame to avoid the need for a width change. These features give the user a distinct advantage when dealing with an aggressive production schedule while offering the quietest texture results possible. Its power unit features an ultra-low emissions, quiet, fuel efficient, CAT C2.8, 74 HP (55 kW) four-cylinder diesel engine which is US EPA Tier 4f / EU stage V compliant. The power unit's unique hydraulic system design focuses on efficiency, lowest operating cost, and serviceability with emphasis on access to the pumps and filters. The electrical and hydraulic filtration systems feature the latest components to ensure long life, reliability and enhanced troubleshooting and monitoring of hydraulic circuits flow, pressure, and filter conditions.
