Twin Shaft Compulsory Mixing System
- Reaches 85% uniformity after only 15 seconds, 95% uniformity after 30 second.
- Approximately 30% of one mixing blade rotation is exposed to ear on the mixer trough bottom.
- Crossover of two mixing circles creates a high degree of turbulence.
- The mixing arms are arranged on hexagonal mixing shafts forming an interrupted spiral to produce an intensive mixing motion.

Details
- Mixers are equipped with high-quality hexagonal shafts for optimum torsional and flexural rigidity.
- The mixer drive has a single electric motor driven reduction/timing gearbox to insure uniform distribution of power to the twin mixing shafts.
- Mixers are equipped with oversized round body discharge gate(s). This increases production capacity because more rapid discharge will yield more cycles per hour and allows larger top size aggregates to be mixed.
