Depending on the canal cross section, the Eagle 7300 can excavate and trim the entire canal cross section in a single pass. Powered by a 350 HP (261 kW) Diesel engine, the Eagle 7300 Trapezoidal Trencher is rugged enough for the toughest jobs. All machine functions are electric over hydraulic and all controls are well marked and positioned for ease of operation, safety and optimum operator visibility. The 7300 is self-moving for ease of moving around canal obstructions.

  • Bucket Wheel: 2 ea. Heavy Duty, Hydraulic Motor Driven Wheel Drive Gear Reducer with Integral Flywheel mounted directly to the Head Shaft
  • Rotary Drive: Rotary out put shaft driven off “bull gear” running off bucket wheel segments.
  • Conveyor: Reversible Hydraulic Drive for either right or left discharge, 42" (1066 mm) wide. The conveyor length is custom made to fit your application and is rated @ 0-1000 fpm (0-305M/min)
  • Undercarriage: G&Z D-5 size Crawlers, sealed chain with Split Master Link. Heavy Duty Planetary gear reduction boxes. Undercarriage mounted to a separate, solid subframe, and center pin connected to the tractor body. Machine equipped with hydraulic cylinder for cross level control for 15° maximum angle.
